You may cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. You will receive your deposit refunded.

If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you may choose another date within 30 days in which to move your appointment to (you may only do this once), or forfeit your deposit.

If you have previously cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment (without good reason) I will require full payment for the previously cancelled session, or a generous gift to prove your dedication and trustworthiness for future bookings.

I welcome fruit, roses, boxed artisan chocolate and cash gifts.

Do not give alcohol, cheap perfume, chocolate bars, sweets or similar.
